Event description
The Reservation Economic Summit (RES), organized by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED), is the leading Indigenous business and enterprise development summit in the US.
This event will attract over 4,000 attendees who participate in its networking activities, matchmaking opportunities, business development sessions and more. The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) will leverage this opportunity to connect Indigenous businesses from Canada with potential buyers, partners and investors.
While all Indigenous businesses from Canada are welcome to join the Trade Commissioner Service delegation at RES, we believe that companies offering products/services in the following areas will garner the most success:
- Food and beverage
- Gaming and entertainment
- Hospitality/tourism
- Consumer products (including Indigenous art and traditional crafts)
- Natural resources/energy
- Infrastructure/construction/building products
- Information and communication technologies (tech)
The Trade Commissioner Service program at RES 2025 will include:
- Preparatory webinars to help companies make the most of their participation in the event
- A matchmaking program to meet potential U.S. buyers and Indigenous business partners.
- A Canada booth where Indigenous businesses will be able to display company brochures
- A Canada Reception and other networking opportunities
- A directory of Indigenous businesses from Canada which will be shared with potential buyers and partners.
- And more!
