Study in Canada events in Japan

Event description
Organized by Keibunsha, a publisher of study-abroad magazines and an organizer of study abroad event in Japan, with the assistance of the Embassy of Canada to Japan, the Study in Canada business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) events consist of four major parts:
- March 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025:Institution information on the campaign website
- *A detailed information page for each participating institution will be created and will be available on the campaign website Canada Study Abroad Fair Special Website (In Japanese only) for 7 months.
- 1 day/5 hours in-person Study in Canada Fair in Tokyo, March 20, 2025 (Thursday, Japanese national holiday)
- 1 day/4 hours in-person Study in Canada Fair in Osaka, March 23, 2025 (Saturday)
Canadian institutions will have opportunities for B2B meetings and the following services at during the Tokyo fair:
- Welcome briefing for Canadian institutions
- Briefing with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- B2B meetings (one-on-one meetings with Japanese institutional representatives and study abroad agents)
In Japan, there are only a few recruitment fairs for Canadian institutions to join at this moment. This is the only Canada-focused recruitment fair of this size in Japan this spring.
Canadian institutions will have the opportunity to provide detailed information to interested students and parents in Japan. Each Canadian representative can be accompanied by an interpreter, arranged by the organizer, to facilitate communication amongst the institutions and Japanese participants. Participants will learn general information on studying abroad in Canada from various seminars presented by Embassy representatives, including a representative from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
