Event description
The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in Japan, in partnership with Deep Tech Canada and the NRC IRAP Program, invites Canadian innovative companies to participate in the Smart Materials Co-Innovation and Trade Delegation to Japan.
Objective and anchor event
Canadian delegates will have the opportunity to connect with leading industry professionals at Nano Tech Japan, one of the world's largest nanotechnology conferences. The Canada Pavilion will host business-to-business (B2B) meetings and demonstrations.
Canada-Japan Joint Smart Materials Seminar and B2B networking event
On January 27, 2025, the Trade Commissioner Service at the Embassy of Canada to Japan, in collaboration with Yamagata University Organic Electronics Research and Innovation Centers and GSI Creos will host a Smart Materials seminar and B2B networking event. This event is designed for smart materials companies at Technology Readiness Levels 4-5 to engage in business discussions with leading R&D industry experts from Japan.
