Japan Aging Tech - Canadian Technology Accelerator
The Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) and the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) will host the Japan Aging Tech CTA and NRC IRAP Joint Canadian "artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for health technologies" co-innovation mission to Japan from December 2-5, 2024.
This is anchored around the Innovation Leaders Summit (ILS) which is Asia's Largest business-to-business (B2B) focused Open Innovation Conference with selected top tier Japanese major corporations interested in AI solutions for health technologies in context of an aging population and beyond.
This partnering mission is focused on connecting Canadian small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to Japanese corporations looking to integrate AI solutions for health technologies with an aim of forming strategic partnerships toward the collaborative research and development (R&D) or the PoC opportunities that lead to co-innovation projects. Through this support, Canadian SMEs will be better equipped to build their innovation capacity, successfully commercialize their technology, and become more competitive in the global marketplace.

Testimonial
The CTA provided us with a real service. One I was not aware existed previously. A refreshing demonstration in use of government resources to really help Canadian companies.
This is the best new market entry program we have ever participated in! The Japan team and its partners exceeded our expectations in every way.
Surpassed my expectations above and beyond. Helped me affirm certain beliefs and understand how things work. The new knowledge allows for me to strategize and plan the meetings accordingly.
Joining the Canada Technology Accelerator (CTA) program and visiting Japan was a game-changer for us at Moduluc. It was not just about learning the ins and outs of XR & Metaverse; it was a journey of growth and connection.
