The International Congress of Sustainable Cities (CISC) 2024, taking place September 4-6 in San José, Costa Rica, brings together construction, consulting and waste management professionals to explore and discuss the latest innovations in sustainable lifestyles, resource efficiency, decarbonisation, mobility, public space and sustainable design. Over three days, the event will feature inspiring workshops and both plenary and parallel sessions that promote thinking towards a more sustainable future. This year's program highlights a diversity of critical topics such as the circular economy, inclusive cities and sustainable construction, with more than 52 experts sharing their knowledge and experiences in certifications such as LEED, WELL, RESET and EDGE.
