Event description
The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) will showcase a strong Canadian presence at the upcoming China International Natural Health and Nutrition Expo (NHNE). Taking place May 21 to 23, 2025, in Guangzhou, NHNE is Asia's premier trade show for health, nutrition, and dietary supplements, serving as a key indicator of industry development trends. Spanning over 40,000m2, this biannual event attracts 120,000 omnichannel buyers to explore offerings presented by 1,200 suppliers from more than 30 countries and regions.
The TCS based in China is organizing a Canada Pavilion at NHNE 2025 which will bring together TCS clients to showcase strength of the Canadian brand and credibility of the Natural Product Number (NPN) regulatory system that makes Canadian natural health products the greatest in the world. In collaboration with Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE), NHNE's organizers, the TCS will secure the best location for the Canada Pavilion, to maximize visibility and foot traffic.
To further enhance opportunities for participating companies, we will also curate a comprehensive side program that includes:
- A high-profile "Canada Day" brand promotion event on the expo's main stage
- A targeted pitching session to connect Canadian businesses with potential buyers
- Exclusive business to business (B2B) programming with key local partners from across China
The TCS is committed to subsidizing costs for participating clients as much possible. However, due to rising venue expenses and budget constraints across the Government of Canada, participating clients will be asked to contribute anywhere from CAD 1,400 to 2,400.
This contribution covers:
- booth rental, design, and construction
- Canada Pavilion branding and promotion
- access to exclusive networking events and programming
