Canada Pavilion at China-Canada Accessibility Development Forum

Event description
Care and Rehabilitation Expo China (CR Expo) has been successfully held for 16 editions. Organized by the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Chinese Ministry responsible for welfare, services, and assistive device distribution for the country's 85 million people with disabilities, the Expo showcases the latest technologies, solutions, and products from the rehabilitation, assistive devices, geriatric care, and health sectors. Its goal is to create a comprehensive, multifunctional platform to lead the future development of these industries. The 2023 CR Expo attracted over 300 exhibitors and 35,000 professional visitors, hosting 35 forums. International exhibitors included companies from Canada, Germany, France, the US, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, and more.
The Trade Commissioner Service is organizing two activities at the Expo:
- November 28, 2024: China-Canada Accessibility Development Forum, Agenda includes:
- Keynote speeches from Chinese and Canadian speakers
- Canadian capabilities showcase (Invited Canadian clients only)
- Business-to-business (B2B) discussion
- November 28 to 30, 2024: Canada Pavilion - up to five exhibitors (first-come, first-served) with a 18sqm designed booth at 2A06 in Hall 1

- Representatives from the Rights Protection Department of China Disabled Persons' Federation
- Experts and scholars in the field of accessible environment construction
- Manufacturers of assistive devices for persons with disabilities and older populations
