Event description
The Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) consumer products business promotion team, at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing is launching a recruitment for ISPO Beijing 2025, a premier outdoor sports and lifestyle expo taking place in Beijing from January 10-12, 2025. Following the success of our first-ever Canada Pavilion at ISPO Beijing 2024, we will be organizing a larger pavilion in 2025 to showcase even more outstanding Canadian brands. More than 30,000 professional visitors and key opinion leaders attended last year's event.
The TCS has been working closely with the trade show organizers to guarantee the best possible location for the Canadian Pavilion at the entrance of the trade show, secure the most competitive price for space rental, organize business-to-business (B2B) events and brand promotions (such as runway shows, community building activities) to maximize the benefit to all exhibiting clients. The TCS will subsidize client participation as much as its budget permits, but exhibiting clients will need to cover the remaining costs for each square meter of exhibition space.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in exhibiting in the Canada Pavilion at ISPO Beijing 2025, and how much space you would need (in m2) for your brand's exhibit. We are aiming to recruit 10-12 brands, and places will be given out on a first-come first-served basis.
