This event has an inter-institutional organization, in which the organizing universities from Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi, Tamaulipas, and Zacatecas, commit themselves to bring students who are excellent candidates for a postgraduate course. CEEAD is  expecting to sum more Mexican Universities to the organization of this project, increasing the scope of the event, as well as serving as a networking space for universities, governmental agencies, and related institutions.

Expo CEEAD’s will also have discussion tables, where university representatives and its law schools will talk about their higher education system and their graduate programs in Law. Also, to inform all the participants about the advantages of conducting studies in your country, the quality of life, visa processes, and scholarships available to Mexicans. Expo CEEAD hopes to attract at least 300 prospects from North-East Mexico interested in studying abroad a postgraduate degree in law.
