A series of Gaudeamus education fairs take place annually in Slovakia (Nitra) and in the Czech Republic (Brno and Prague). The Gaudeamus fairs are the biggest education and study abroad fairs in Central Europe. In 2016, Gaudeamus Brno attracted 27,882 students. 240 exhibitors participated, including 88 from abroad. The 24th Gaudeamus Brno, which takes place in the 2nd biggest Czech city, will be an opportunity to promote education in Canada and to attract Czech and Slovak students to study in Canada. The representative of the Embassy of Canada will deliver 2 presentations on Studying in Canada on Nov 1st and 2nd, 2017.
